So we are currently in the process of refinancing our home and going down to a 15 year loan!! We are so excited to not have to pay so much interest anymore. It seriously sucks when pretty much your whole payment is going to interest. We also just got done painting Mason's room and it is so cute!! We painted the top 1/3 brown, then green chair rail, and below on the bottom 2/3 light blue with green stripes (on just one wall, the stripes). And we just built a wall to enclose our front room and make it into a play room or study with french doors and created an entry way and tiled it. We aren't completely finished with it yet. Mostly just painting left, but it has been a timely process.
